files which are stored in several large file
rooms.with this large number of requests on
a daily basis, continuing with manual
searches of physical paper based files is
becoming increasily inadequate to meet the
retrieval needs of our customers. |

the files and manage their storage and
retrieve with docuware electronic document
management system marketing Nigeria by
Busicon Nig Unl. Busicon also helped us to
convest the first 1.4 million pages of these
companies records using fast Kodak
production scanners. |

Better services by saving time in retrieval and
warehousing space, leading to generally more
satisfied customers. |

previous document workflow processes,
implemented a new electronic workflow
process and integrated the existing workflow
process along with the existing documents
into the new electronic workflow. |

Currently work is on-going at both ends (BUSICON
& SYSTEMSPECS) towards the development of an
interface for a seamless integration of
DocuWare IDMS with SystemSpecs’ Human
Manager Application. This will allow
DocuWare to serve as a Document Management
backend application for SystemSpecs Human
Manager Software. |

Result:
Once this project is completed a number of
clients already using Human Manager will
have the opportunity of adding Document
Management capability to their existing
installation via the integration of DocuWare
IDMS. |
