Document Management Solutions

·       DOCUWARE: Is the standard for Document/Content Management Solutions providing comprehensive facilities for Electronic files, Folders and Cabinets. It has a main module for the basic Archiving/Electronic Filing Operations with a number of Add-On Modules like DOCUWARE Recognition for OCR capability, Docuware CD/DVD Maker and Requester, Docuware Fax Server, Docuware Internet Server among others that extend the functionalities of the basic Module to take care of additional requirements specific to different users.

·        JobRouter Workflow Software: This is a DocuWare-certified full-featured rules-based workflow software with GUI user interface to make it easy to set up and use.

·        SIGNificant electronic signature software: This software provides for the DocuWare Document Management System the add-on facility of secure, graphical, biometrics-capable and certificate-based electronic signature

·        Kodak Scanners: Is the market leader in Production Document Scanners. The models we carry range from the low volume departmental scanners with a throughput of up to 12 pages per minute to the top range high volume production scanners with an awesome throughput of over 200 pages per minute (over 60,000 pages per day).

·        Kodak Digital Preservation Facilities: This include Document Archive Writer for converting digitized documents into micro-films as well as Micro-Image scanner for reversing this process. This is for life-time preservation of documents.

 ·       Kofax Capture Software: This is the leading software for optimized image capture and automatic data capture (extraction) in Form processing and similar jobs.

·        Book Scanners: The principle of scanning historic books, valuable manuscripts, stapled documents, color drawings and maps without causing damage has been optimised and refined with the new generation of Bookeye® overhead scanners.The scanner developed and produced in Germany combines state of the art scanning lenses, high-quality CCD image sensors and white LED light, bundled in a movable continuous light strip, which follows the scanning process.

·        Blue-ray Jukebox For DISC: Blu-ray is the state-of-the-art optical disc format for the 21st century. It stores up to 10 times more data, movies, music or HD videos on a disc the same size as a DVD and fits perfectly into a wide range of archiving needs such as CCTV footage, medical documentation, financial records, video productions etc.

Library Automation

·        EOS Web Library automation software is a fully Web-based system, built on Microsoft .NET technology, the SQL Server relational database. Its standards-based Web design enables users to quickly move from one module to another, reducing the number of steps they have to make to get the job done.

·        FileTrail RFID. FileTrail uses Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) technology to quickly locate Files, conduct audits, and check Files in and out. File room staff gain powerful tools that save time and improve services to the organization. Other staff gain powerful search and request tools in their web browser, without installing any software at their desktop.
